The Highest judged five-year-old stallions last year, Vidar frá Skör has been sold to Danish horse people Flemming Fast and Gitte Fast Lambertsen. The seller is the breeder of the horse, Karl Áki Sigurdsson in Selfoss. The change of ownership was registered at Worldfeng yesterday, and today HEstafrettir reports that the horse trainer has also been exchanged and he has arrived in Fákshólar to Jakob Svavars Sigurdsson and Helga Unu Björnsdóttir, but was previously at Oddhóli at Rangárvöllur with Árni Björn Pálsson. The question is whether the policy will therefore be to bring the horse to Landsmót 2020 in Hella.?
Viðar frá Skör attracted much attention in 2019 when he was shown. For conformation he got 8.71 and for at least 8.67 which in total score 8.68 shown by Árna Birni Pálsson as stated earlier. The year before, at the Landsmót in Reykjavik, the rider was Rósa Birna Þorvaldsdóttir and the horse got 8.29 in total, four years old.
Viðar is after Hrannar frá Flugumýri and Vár from Auðsholtshjáleigu, which is after Spuni frá Miðsitja.
There are four offspring listed under Viðar, which will probably increase considerably in the spring and summer.
